Agency Service

As most practitioners are aware the cost to an office of attending a single application is often difficult to justify. In addition it makes very little economic sense to attend court for applications which are being moved on consent or which are solely administrative. Because of this, Agency work is a common feature of modern legal practice.

We have been providing Agency Services for many years and on almost every Court day in Meath have least one of our Solicitors in attendance at the District Courts in Navan and Trim and Trim Circuit Court. As such we can nearly always attend to Agency work in Meath.

We provide Agency Services with respect to matters such as the following:-

1. Obtaining court hearing dates for District Court cases.
2. Attending County Registrar’s Motion Lists and moving Motions for Judgement, Discovery, transfers to the High Court, applications for Possession, Garnishee applications, etc.
3. Attending Call Over Lists for Circuit Court matters.
4. Moving applications for Orders of Judgement; Instalment Orders; Access; Maintenance; Attachment of Earnings and all such other applications.
5. Attending Case Progression meetings for Family Law Cases and Civil Cases.
6. Attending on Counsel.
7. Maintaining watching briefs.
