Medical Negligence*

Statistics indicate that there are thousands of medical accidents reported in Irish Hospitals each year.  Not every medical accident can result in a successful medical negligence claim and often claimants are more interested in a full explanation of events rather than compensation*.   

Often, claimants are still suffering from the consequences of the Medical Accident and bringing a Medical Negligence case is perceived as a stressful struggle which would compound their problems.  We are particularly experienced in dealing with these stressful situations and can help to ensure that the burden of medical negligence is not compounded by an action. 

We have represented our clients over many years in relation to various claims to include misdiagnosis, cosmetic surgery, surgical injuries/errors, Hepatitis C, De Puy Hip replacement surgery and many more and throughout have had to guide, support and serve our clients through what we understand is a very difficult period in their lives.

It is of course important to bear in mind the Statute of Limitation period is two years from the date of the injury or two years from the date of knowledge and that as such if advice is not sought early on, that it might subsequently become impossible to make a claim.
