                         Certificate in Technology Law, Law Society

                         Admitted to the Law Society 2007

David is active in many areas of legal practice specialising in Regulatory Enforcement in areas such as Planning, Building Control, Waste Management, Water Pollution, Public Procurement, Derelict Sites, Food and Hygiene, Road Safety, Pre-School Services, Housing, and also Civil Litigation, Alernative Dispute Resolution and Judicial Review.

David has acted for Meath County Council, Westmeath County Council, Kildare County Council, Cavan County Council, The Road Safety Authority, the Workplace Relations Commission and the Health Services Executive amongst others.

David is a native of Kells and now lives in Athboy. He spends as much time a he can outdoors and has a keen interest in gardening, equestrian pursuits, skiing and athletics.
