Single Farm Payments may be at risk in new CAP changeover

In the region €40 million of Single Farm Payment Entitlements held by circa 7,000 farmers who did not farm in 2013, but leased out 100% of their land and Entitlements may be at risk of becoming lost in the changeover to the new CAP which is being introduced in 2015.
